For some reason, my Virgin Mobile account is treated like a credit card on Equifax, so my credit score is affected because the credit limit set by Virgin is 19$ for an 18$ monthly plan! Why are you setting up accounts like credit cards? My Credit score is down 16 points because of this!

Hey there @Robou3000,
Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
Unsure if we fully understand your question. The minimum credit limit for a Virgin Plus account is $200 as seen on our support page Credit Limit
If there is a credit limit on an account, this means that the balance owed plus any pending charges is not to exceed this amount. i.e. $200.

I've filed a dispute with Equifax. There shouldn't be a credit limit on this account, as confirmed by Virgin customer service
