Dear All.
I have paid my bills in advance for every month for 12G mobile data plan and after cancellation I got final bill mentioning for internet over usage then I checked my data usage for the final month and found out it is less than 12G. And Virgin customer service calling me daily even though I have been explaining and they couldn’t resolve the problem. I have clearly mentioned everything and highlighted it is an error and they (different staffs) still calling me daily. Can anyone check my account and resolve the issues. Instead I should have received the refund for the portion that I didn’t use (8 days out of 30 days).

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
When closing an account and your billing period has not yet been completed, both your monthly fees and usage will be affected by proration.
Based on your description, if you closed your services 8 days after your cycle started, you would have had access to 3.2GB (12GB/30X8=3.2GB) and any usage over that value would be calculated as pay per use.
