Why hasn't a new month started

Why hasn't a new month started for data? Days elapsed 31 days (103%) Month of June only has 30 days. Also for 3 days in a row it was showing 1 day left in usage cycle.

This could be a result of a corrupted file saved by your browser. Try clearing your cookies and cache and try again.
