I am having the issue when I want to change my internet plan, the options offered are more then what I am paying now and what I am paying now is more then when I received my internet through Virgin Plus.

Offers and available plans are regularly subject to change, as well as dependent on your local area and what the infrastructure can support when it comes to home internet. Furthermore, you may have also been receiving promotional credits when you first signed up - this is used as an incentive for new users. Lastly, depending on how long its been since you signed up, your current plan may simply be outdated and you've been grandfathered in through it; the current plans you see would reflect the most up to date pricing and offers.
