Hi, I have paid off my phone with the sweet and pay plan> I am looking to go to the $19 a month plan. It doesn't do anything when I try on change it online and using the app it says the the phone number cannot not be brought. Why does it say this? ...

I am having the issue when I want to change my internet plan, the options offered are more then what I am paying now and what I am paying now is more then when I received my internet through Virgin Plus.

Hi, There doesn't seem to be any lower plans for existing lotal Virgin Plus member. So I order to get a cheaper plan, talk and text plan I would have to go to another carrier.
