When logged in to my account, when I tried to click on update in Payment Info,
I get:

I am also given the 404 message when trying to update my payment info. My credit card is expired and I need to insert my new card info. Support said website was undergoing maintenance but it has been several days and still no fix.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.
We wanted to check in and see if you were still facing the issue? If so please clarify and try the following;
- How are you attempting to update your payment info, via the app or website? If you haven't tried one or the other, we ask that you do so.
- Have you verified to make sure your app and/or browser is updated to it's latest version?
- Have you tried fully removing the payment method, save the change, logging out of your profile, wait between 2 to 5 minutes, log back in and save the new card? If not, give it a try.

hello,
I have the same problem. When I go to 'my payment info', I get a 404 page. I have tried multiple browsers. I cannot use the app as it is for monthly users only.
