Double payment. Manual and pre-authorized payment

Hi, I recently got my plan setup and when I got the price for my first bill I enabled pre authorized payment but still payed my first bill manually, it said that I had $0 owed and when the billing date rolled around I was charged again through pre authorised payment. I want to request a refund but I'm having problems with the support system.

After multiple calls with customer service I've learned they will refund the amount in 20 days, but only if you ask. I do not find this acceptable and their customer service reps incredibly difficult to deal with. I'm grateful I am not locked into a contract with this company and can switch services on my next payday.

Basically I setup auto deposit but it said the bill date was due on that day and it hadn't been deposited yet (for some reason it did the day after), so I freaked out and did a manual one with my bank, the auto deposit still went through though, how do I go about getting a refund?

Hi, I set up my account for pre-authorized payment but when my bill payment was not deducted faster I paid with my debit card, and a few days later my account got debited for the same bill I contacted customer care for refunds, which was processed at same day now it has been 20 days I have not received any payment in my account or cheque at my address pls I would be glad of you can make attention to that

I already paid my bill. Why you deduct again?

hello, after one day I paid my bill, virginplus took it again from my pre-authorized card. Is it possible to cash back to my card?  and why is not your debt system work properly I mean there is a whole 1 day to update the balance that if I paid the bill why are you still show that there is a debt. Also if I want to pay the old (old because I paid it) bill right now the system allows me to pay it again and again lol. which century is it?

Hi,

One time I paid directly, and the other time it was automatically paid.

Hello.

I am writing this to report a double payment problem.

I received a text message that i have to pay my bill by May 6th on 23rd of April. So, I paid my bill on April 25th and set up the automatic billing with my card

However, the money got withdrawn on May 6th again.

Is there any way for me to get a refund?

Hope to hear back from you!

Thank you.

Hi, I accidentally made a double payment for my bill. I already paid my first bill manually but it was charged again through pre-authorized. I checked CR in the mobility bill, but I want to get refund. What should I do?

This month, I had set up pre-authorized payments for my bill, but when I checked my account, I noticed that the bill amount was deducted twice from my account. I had also made a manual payment, thinking the pre-authorized payment had not gone through. What should I do now?

I payed over my bill. How I can refund this money back?

I changed my automatic payment method from a bank account to a credit card before the automatic payment date. I also made a pre-payment using the new credit card before the scheduled payment date. However, the money was still withdrawn from my bank account on the original payment date.

Why was the money withdrawn from my bank account on the original payment date even though I changed the automatic payment method? As a result, I have been charged double the amount.

Is the remaining amount now credited to my account, and will the next month's bill be deducted from this credit? If the bill amount is higher than the credit, will the difference be calculated and charged on the automatic payment date?

And, has my automatic payment method change been successfully applied?
I have so many questions, I'm waiting for answers.

I have well above the credit limit in available credit, however when my payment went through for this bill (very first bill on autopayment) it didnt use any of the available credit. Will my next bill use the available credit? Or do I need to cancel auto authorized payments for my bill to be paid with the available credit??
