I want automatic withdrawals from my credit union chequing account.  My credit union is not listed.  What do I do?

Credit union not available in list of banks

I would like to sign up for auto pay debit as I have the option of a $10 auto pay credit. I have tried calling the support line and was transferred twice without a solution. Wondering what others have done? I am already on auto pay credit but saving $10 a month would be nice.

I am with Access Credit Union in Manitoba but I do not see this as an option when setting up bill pmts.  Is it missing or should I choose the "Manitoba Society..." option?   Thank you.

I have the exact same issue. I need pre-authorized banking withdrawals set up for the $10 reduction in my monthly fee, but my credit union  is not on list drop-list. Mine is Kindred Credit Union, institution code 828.

My Bank Coast Capital Savings in BC Canada is not listed in the preathorized payment options.

I have a $10 discount set up with a pre-authorized payment setup. Is It possible to add the bank to the list?
