Bonus Pricing Doesn't Update on Check Out Page

So I am trying to switch my mom from her current carrier and get her signed up online with VM. I noticed there is a Limited Time Offer which brings the regular price of $60 for 50GB down to $45 for new sign up.

We go through the online ordering steps, and when we get to the final summary of charges, the price of the plan is showing as $60/month instead of the offer of $45 ?!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

When looking at your order summary, if you place an order that would be including a monthly credit on a rate plan, they would be showing under different sections. On the rate plan section, you will see your rate plans regular monthly charge and in the promotion section you will see the monthly credit offer.
