I'm on fixed income now and I was wondering if there's a way I can pay my bill early so money is on the account when bill comes due? That way I can pay you guys when I get paid and not have to worry about it. Or, If I can I get my bill payment switched so I comes out on a certain day like 1st of each month?
Thanks

Good morning @Raesoth.
Welcome to the Community.
There's nothing outright stopping you from paying your bill early each month. It's just important that you keep in mind that your bill isn't necessarily going to be the same each month (usage charges, price increases, service fees, etc.)
If you would rather change your billing date, this can be done as well. However, it would need to be done personally by an agent and not yourself alone.
There would also be a delay of two billing cycles before it's completed, in which you would see significant proration on each bill as well.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
