I bought virginplus sim card for canada when I was coming to canada. Now I am no longer in canada and I no longer require the sim card, how do I cancel my service with virgin plus permenentaly?

How do I terminate my Virgin Plus mobility services? I am now in another country and would like to cancel it, but I can't find anywhere online to do it, the website only allows me to stop showing the bills online instead of terminating all services. I cannot easily call Virgin Plus, which is the only way I found online. What more can I do to terminate the services and not be charged anymore?

Due to disability talking on the phone is difficult for me, but the Contact Us page doesn't allow for any other way to contact support and I need to cancel my plan. Does anyone know what I can do other than calling my credit card company and stopping payments to Virgin?
