-CONNECTION TO USB 1 OR 2 ON STEVE IS INTERMITTENT -- AT THE MOMENT IT IS WORKING BUT LATER PROBABLY NOT -- CANNOT DEPEND ON ACCESS TO EITHER OF THE USB'S -- HAVE REFORMATED MANY TIMES AND TRIED MANY SIZES AND TYPES OF USB'S -- ALL OF WHICH ALWAYS WORK WHEN CONNECT TO ANY AND ALL COMPUTERS???

Could you please clarify as to what you're trying to accomplish using the USB port on Steve? What is actually happening when it stops working? Are you receiving an error message or any other kind of pop-up?
