I'm about to go nuts, I have been attempted to connect my phone through wifi via Valerie and nothing is working, what-so-ever!!! I need help!

In order for the Community to best assist, some clarification will be needed;
- Is your phone updated to it's latest OS/IOS version?
- Is it only your phone or do you have other devices with the Wi-Fi issue?
- Have you tried erasing your saved Wi-Fi in your phone and start a fresh connection?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Oh, it keeps saying there's an Authentication problem, no matter what I try.
