I had work to complete but couldn't because my internet's download speed is less that 1 Mbps. Tried contacting customer/tech support but they're clueless.
I have got rid of mobility plans from virgin and the next in line is broadband.

Hi there, @Him. Welcome to the Virgin Plus Community.
We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been experiencing. Have you given our Virtual Repair Tool a try? If you feel like you're experiencing issues, you can run the Virtual Repair Tool
The Virtual Repair Tool will;
- Look for service outages
- Check the equipment outside your home
- Perform a modem reboot
- Check and correct settings on the hardware in your home
Otherwise, could you please clarify as to what happened when you spoke to Tech Support? What did they have to tell you? Did you open a ticket with them for further investigation?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

We just moved to our new address and subscribed to a promo with unlimited 500mbps with 2 months of free tv streaming. The problem is, purolator did not deliver our modem on time so we had to ask a technician with him bringing the modem. Anyway, the technician came that day as well but we were not able to check the speed of the wifi. It is only running for less than 100 mbps and not we are expecting 500 mbps. So after two days, we called again Virgin, and they told us to wait for the purolator because what the technician brought is not our “real” modem. So we waited. Now, after like almost a week, purolator delivered our modem and we self-installed it. Until now, it is running at 93 mbps and not what we are promised as 500 mbps. We are so tired of calling virgin. We tried virtual repair, calling a technician again but they could not do anything. I am so dissapointed right now with Vincent. We had Valerie before in our previous address and it is running at 300 mbps like we expected.
