Resolved! Slow download speeds

I had work to complete but couldn't because my internet's download speed is less that 1 Mbps. Tried contacting customer/tech support but they're clueless.  I have got rid of mobility plans from virgin and the next in line is broadband.

Resolved! Internet in Milton too slow

I live on Main Street in Milton. Normally, the internet speed supposes to be 50 Mbps but it is 5 Mbps around for a week. I rebooted my modem a couple times, but it is still same. Please check it.
