Connecting my replacement modem

Im trying to get my replacement modem working to no avail. Can anyone help

Hi @Dockgal 

when you received the modem there a letter Information how to set up, with user id and password.

i think you need to try to do Factory Reset,

How to factory settings

1. Press and hold the Reset button on the side of your Valérie modem for 5 seconds.
2. Wait until all 3 LED lights on the front of your modem are white, and Home Internet: Connected is displayed.
3. Open a web browser and follow the online instructions above link.
