Anyone else experiencing poor internet connection this morning? Ours is cutting out every 1/2 hour.

If our field tech's were in the middle of completing either Fiber Optic repairs or installations, it is possible that It could affect your services depending on the type of work that was being done. 

Let us know if you're still experiencing interruptions.

I know someone is installing Fibre optic cable in the area and we have been experiencing constant interruptions since this started. Is there anyone from Virgin monitoring these comments that can offer real help? Don't want to hear about rebooting my modem etc. That's the normal response. Done all that ! I shouldn't need to do that multiple times per day!
