I set-up my account the day I received the offer. It worked by scanning the QR code on my TV. Now a few days later, when I sign in it tells me I need to subscribe to access Crave. When I go to Crave directly in my computer or phone, the only option I have to join is through Bell - no Virgin - and then I get no service found. I have changed nothing since the 1st time I was successful in watching it. Anyone else have any solutions?

Once you have created and linked your Crave account to your Virgin Plus mobility phone number, go to crave.ca, or download the Crave app and follow these instructions:
- Select the person icon in the top right corner and select Sign in.
- Use the first option to sign in directly through Crave.
- Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account.
- Start watching.
Let the community know if you have more questions.
