When you accepted the offer, you agreed to a 6 months agreement with the Google Chromecast in order to receive the device.
You must keep the TV service for a term of 6 months or will be charged the remaining value of the Google Chromecast device as set out below. Once the 6 month term ends, there’s no early cancellation charge.
The Google Chromecast device’s cost is $45 – balance decreases every month (e.g. By month 6, the value would be $0)

Note: A partial month counts as a full month. So for example, if you cancel halfway through month 3, you will be charged as if cancelling in month 4, i.e. would be charged $15.
In any case, the Google Chromecast is yours and can't be returned.
