Channels 151, 549, 556, 557, 562

About 2 weeks ago these channels appeared on my TV Guide (core TV package). All of them show "This channel is no longer available", which makes no sense to me.

Furthermore, I have looked at the available channels in Virgin+ and they don't even exist.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I watch through the app on a firestick if this makes a difference

I notice there are a number of channels no longer available but still listed nd was wondering what is going on with this?

Are these going to be replaced with new actually watchable channels (I'm looking at you 3 versions of jtv)? There's a few channels that have been removed since I signed up and nothing of substance has reached them, or they just aren't replaced at all and we're just losing channels we're paying for.

These channels correspond to Télémagino HD, Family Jr. HD, Family HD, and WildBrainTV HD respectively. These channels were recently removed from our selection, which is why they say they're no longer available; the fact they appeared is most likely a glitch as a result of this, and they'll naturally disappear within a month or two.

Just in case, keep an eye on your TV billing in particular to make sure nothing's off. If anything comes up, let us know and we'll be happy to investigate. 🙂
