Cannot watch Virgin TV on TV get Error (1009/9D28)

Keep freezing my tv well watch it..many times a day since 1 month..cant find a away to fix it..just i disconnect internet on tv and reconnect to fix it for now.. before that i reboot my modern  and reset it..still  doesnt help.. it  freezes and the  marks Error (1009/9D28)..is there a soultion to this?has this happen to anyone?and what was done to fix it? otherwise all works fine on  with internet,etc

We wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing receiving error codes. If so, could you please provide some additional details?

  • Have you given our Virtual Repair ToolOpens in a new tab or window a try already?
  • Is this only happening on your TV? What about on other devices? Your phone, a tablet, other TVs, etc.
  • Have you deleted and completed a fresh install of the Virgin TV app?
  • Have you made sure that you're using a supported device for using Virgin TV? We have a handy post for identifying compatible devicesOpens in a new tab or window
  • Beyond restarting your modem, what personal troubleshooting have you attempted if any?
