Why did the ability to check the Trending channels and Guide while watching a channel go away? You have made the service worse and I cant imagine why. Will you bring back the ability to do this please? If not, why not? I hate having to now leave a channel, especially if I have had it paused for awhile!, just to see what else is on in order to decide if I want to flip channels or not.

- How are you accessing your Virgin Plus TV service (Mobile, Smart TV, Fire Stick, Web Browser, etc.)?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- Is your Virgin Plus TV app updated to it's latest version?

Hi there, I am talking about using through a web browser, I am using Edge and it is all up to date. I have tried looking through settings but there is no option to return this feature - it changed recently along with other changes to the way things look and where the last channel button is etc. All changes originated through Virgin and pushed out.
