why are TLC shows always uploaded late or missing

One of the main channels I chose Virgin TV for over other streaming options is because I enjoy TLC programs such as 90 Day fiance. This channel consitently misses uploads altogether or posts days/weeks after the show was aired. The 90 Day Fiance for both last week and this week were never uploaded. Often when they post a 2 hour show you click on it and it is the condensed Pillow Talk version despite Pillow Talk having its own separate listing. The new show the Tracker on CTV says only episodes 1 and 4 are uploaded. So did I miss 2 and 3 or is ep 4 a mistake and its supposed to be episode 2? I'm so tired of paying for this service when the shows I want to watch are late or not getting uploaded. I tried to call, email and online chat but no Virgin rep could tell me why this happens, if it can be fixed or if it is a TLC issue or is it a Virgin issue. The same thing happened on another channel a couple Summers ago. We watched Big Brother all Summer and then they never uploaded the finale episode to show who won!! If anyone knows who I can contact to see how this issue can be resolved please let me know.

  • Is the issue happening on the Virgin TV app on your mobile, Fire tv stick, smart tv, etc?
  • Have you tried logging out of the app and back in?
  • Is your app updated to it's latest version?
  • Please list any missing shows so that we can inquire about them via the appropriate team.
  • Have you tried deleting and re-downloading the app?
  • Please list any other troubleshooting steps you have tried.
