8 tv stations stop working on my virgin plus tv service after they issued a new update ?

8 tv channels not responding on both of my tv's after the latest Virgin Tv update, Firestick 4K on my Sony Bravia & Firestick on my other Samsung tv
in the virgin plus tv guide.
These stations worked before this update, cannot get this resovled over the phone with their tech support, getting frustrated.

Could you share with the Community the following information in regards to the channels/issue;

• What are the channels in question (Channel number)?
• Are you receiving any type of error message, screen pixelization, stuck on loading screen, etc.?
• Have you tried to log out of the app and log back in and/or delete the app and redownloading it?
• Are your Firestick's updated to their latest OS versions?
• Have you tried our Virtual Repair Tool?
