phone stuck in airplane mode.

hello,

I have done everything from safe mode, network reset, cache clear, and even factory reset the device and I cannot get this phone out of airplane mode. someone please help!

To be clear, are you specifically stuck in airplane mode? Or is it a loss of signal / reading as SOS only? Airplane mode can only be set at the device level and we would not have control over that specifically.
