Below are a few things that you can check and/or try;
- Have you checked the status of your account in My Account?
- Have you tried to restart your phone and/or reset your network settings?
- Have you checked that your SIM was inserted correctly in the SIM tray?
- If you have an eSIM, have you checked to make sure it was still saved in your settings?
