Wifi Calling won't activate on S20

Hello,

Hardware: Samsung S20

Issue: wifi calling works fine until random stop. When I toggle it on/off or restart phone, the little phone/wifi icon doesn't appear and I have no reception for calls or text mesages.  Once I get back into town and get network coverage + wifi, it works fine again.

I work in a remote area with no network coverage.  Wifi calling works fine until it doesn't.

Support from Virgin: call phone company

Support from Samsung: It's carrier related, contact them.

Anyone had/has a similar issue?

Where do I find this : If you’re using Wi-Fi calling for the first time, read and accept the terms and conditions and provide a 911 emergency address.
