Hi.
I'm on a prepaid phone plan with Virgin Mobile CANADA and have several hundred dollars in my balance. I'm in the process of buying an Unlocked Samsung A14 5g phone that has an eSIm card. My current phone is a MotoG and I will no longer be using it.
Questions:
1. Does Virgin Mobile Canada support the Samsung A14 ?
2. Does Virgin Mobile Canada support eSIM ?
3. What would be involved in transferring my prepaid plan to the eSIM on the Samsung A14 ?

Yes, the Samsung A14 5G is part of our offered line up. If you're purchasing the phone from a third party and/or if the phone was pre-owned, you need to make sure that it was not flagged as lost or stolen.
You can also Check if your current phone is compatible with our network.
