Mobile phone notifications

I am wondering if Virgin can stop sending so many notifications to my phone about 'offers'? Or at least stop then from sounding a tone when they do. It's not so much the frequency..... it's the ping sound from my phone..... usually at inopportune moments.

You can manage your communication preferences directly on My Account. Check out Manage your communication preferences to learn more. As for the ping sound, that is a notification setting in your phone that Virgin Plus does not control.
