Sim not registered to network

I recently upgraded my phone through Virgin mobile.

I took my sim from my old phone and put it into my new one as I have done for the last few phones I've had with them.

Everything worked fine for about a week and then I received an email saying I hadn't registered my new phone. So I follow the prompts on the email and registered my phone.

Now my sim card no longer works and I kept receiving a 'sim not registered for voice' message any time I tried to make a call.

I've tried doing hard resets and just about any other advice I can find online regarding this issue with no luck.

It's been another week now and I now receive the message 'not registered on network' when trying to make a call.

Can someone please help me resolve this issue.

Hi @Jomama,
Thanks for your post,
When confirming your reception of the new device via your online profile it will activate the new device and the new SIM card that was included in the package. you can insert the new SIM card in the device and it should work.
Try that out and let me know if it works.
