Phone coverage Kingston Ontario

I live is the Kingston Ontario area but this can happen anywhere and from what I am seeing on social media and hearing in the community can take place with any company. I switched over to Virgin last February and didn't really notice anything to bad but since then have seen a drastic declining cell service. Dropped calls are normal and we have been on the phone with them several times. One CSR claiming it was the phone, The other admitting it was there issue and around and around it goes. This is as of now and there is no communication as to what the problem is, If it can be fixed or when. I have been offered no credit but Virgin likes billing me for a service that is very poor. The coverage area I am in is well within there boundaries that they claim will provide me with adequate service.

Hey there @RedBird ,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

You've mentioned you have spoken on the phone several times, are you referring to tech support? If so, was a ticket opened?

If you're experiencing dropped calls or weak network connection and have access to Wi-Fi, check out Wi-Fi CallingOpens in a new tab or window

Keep us posted.

I am a long term virgin mobile user, over a decade now. For last 3-4 months, I am experiencing dropped calls or people can't even call me. I can't take important calls. One day, I was trying to make a phone call due late school bus, but could not even connect a call. I have new iPhone with updated to latest software. So, hoping virgin mobile can look into this issue.

My postal code is K7P ***.
