Hey Virgin Plus Members,

 

We’ve all had this happen before: you can’t make or receive a call anymore.  Don’t panic. Here are a few quick troubleshooting steps to run through.

Turn your phone off/on. It sounds so simple, but sometimes a fresh connection to the network is all that you need.

Make sure your phone is on the most up-to-date OS.

Check your phone settings for some basics:

  • Make sure airplane mode is off
  • Make sure call blocking features like Do Not Disturb are off
  • Check that Call Forwarding is off
  • Check that your network mode is set to automatic
  • Disconnect any accessories
  • Check that you have network coverage
  • Try moving outside if you’re inside for better network connection
