No cell service at home and phone calls dropping

I have two bars at my apartment in centre town ottawa. Sometimes I have no bars of cell service and phone calls are constantly dropping or gets all broken up even when my cellular data is on.

Hi, does anyone know why am I not getting any Network or Signal on my cellphone (S22 Ultra) when I am at Home?

I've already opened a ticket with Virgin Tech Support and I am only being told that there is an active outage in my area. However, Virgin's website/app is saying there are NO OUTAGES in my area. This started June 24 in the evening and is still ongoing TODAY (July 2). 

I do get my Network/Signal back when I am around the Toronto or GTA areas.

Any info will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi I am an existing Internet user with Virgin plus since a couple of years and now thinking of making the shift from my mobility provider on to Virgin plus as well.
This is a very specific question but do virgin plus signals come great in the basement?.
