I just bought my new line on your new work, I was promised by your attender at your outlet that in 30 minutes my new line will be working but it over 15 hours is not working I can call out at all and no one can call me.

In order to best assist, more details will be needed;
- Did you acquire a new phone from Virgin Plus or you brought in your own?
- If you brought in your own device, is it unlocked and compatible with the Virgin Plus network?
- Have you tried your SIM card in another device to see if the device was at fault?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to verify your concern?
