E-sim setup not working S23 FE

I just got my new Galaxy s23 Fe I'm trying to set up E-sim but it says the plan is already in use on another phone anyone having this issue?

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with activating your eSIM. From what you've said, you had just gotten a new phone - did you have an eSIM active on your previous phone as well? If so, we'd recommend checking out our Support page on Setting up eSIM and dual SIM on your Android device and scrolling down to How can I transfer my existing Virgin Plus eSIM to a new Dual SIM device?
Take a look over the instructions there within, and let us know if you were still in need of any assistance.
