My wife and I have the smart plans for our phones hers has experienced water damage and no longer works looking to connect via internet as I only have wifi available and live in a no network area. She needs a new phone and we can't find any way of contacting virgin outside of the toll free phone number. Thanks in advance I do have whatsapp, I am able to make calls using wifi through this app.
