If I don’t answer my voicemail is directed to someone else’s voicemail

I have an IPhone 13 and use Virgin’s voicemail.  If someone calls me and if I don’t answer my voicemail is directed to someone else’s voicemail.  I’ve called Virgin and keep getting the run around.  I’ve went to 2 Virgin kiosks and one place changed my SIM card the other thought maybe it was due to an update so we updated my phone….and reset networks settings.  If I’m on the phone or if my phone is off…..it does go to my own voicemail.  The redirect to someone else’s voicemail is only if I don’t answer.   Right now I think my only answer is to change providers as it’s definitely on Virgin’s end.  And no….its not my Call Forwarding…..I have it off.
