I have been experiencing dropped calls for the last 6+ months. I am in Niagara area (Ridgeway) and have NEVER has this issue before. We are suppose to be in a covered Zone. At times I can hear who I am speaking to but they can't hear me. Calls are not ringing at time and goes to voice mail. It doesn't even log on my call list. I have someone in Palliative care and con not have this happening. I even upgrade my phone, which has now been sent all to Samsung, as Virgin claimed it wasn't their issue. Apparently it is!! Once my phone is returned I will be looking at another carrier (Rogers) as a new carrier.

I've been experiencing the same symptoms for over a year. Very spotty reception throughout Niagara.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your posts.
Many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, the amount of users in your area, etc.
In order for the Community to get a better understanding, please provide the following details;
- Are you seeing any issues with your text messaging and/or data usage as well?
- Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?
- Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?
- Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling
where available?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
In the meantime, we'd recommend checking out our How To article on Troubleshooting voice calls for tips and advice that may help.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
