How can I extend the personal voice greeting time?

My personal greeting time is too short, so I cannot include my personal greeting. How can I extend the personal voice greeting time? Thank you.

You cannot extend your personal greeting time provided as part of your voicemail. You'll need to shorten your personal greeting to fit within that time.

I understand having a specific time for a greeting but 15 seconds is WAY too short for most people. You basically need to be an auctioneer to get any semblance of a reasonable voicemail greeting. Please please please increase it to 30 for us!
