Hi, I would like to limit the number of voicemails that I receive at any given time to 3. When I signed up with Virgin Mobile, they were able to set this up. Everything worked great until a few months ago. I contacted Virgin Mobile about this and they said the issue was with iPhone. I contacted Apple and they said the issue was definitely with Virgin Mobile. Any idea how this issue can be resolved? Thanks!

Unless you pay specifically for a plan add-on to expand your voicemail inbox, your default is always going to be set to only save three messages.
From your description, it sounds most likely that iOS Live Voicemail, which was introduced with iOS 17, is interfering with your ability to make use of your Virgin Plus voicemail. We'd recommend checking out our How To page on How to use iOS Live Voicemail and following the steps to deactivate this iOS feature.
