Do you guys have Samsung galaxy S23 plus on stock?

So, I have decided that I am going to leave Virgin after a decade.

For the first time I waited for over an hour to get a callback. Customer service has gone downhill badly. More importantly Virgin does not and will not have the phone I want. They offer every iPhone known to man it seems (because iPhone are just not as good a phone) but although they advertise the S24 Ultra, S24 Ultra "preowned", and the s22 ultra they are never in stock.

Now Virgin, rather than putting me on a wait list to be informed, wants me to spend my days checking their site to see if the phone I want is available. So, I am expected to pay top dollar AND do the work myself Virgin?

Finally, I really wanted the S23 Ultra, but it seems Virin exec's went from the S22 Ultra straight over to the s24 Ultra (which they don't have in stock) but they skipped right past offering the S23 Ultra.

For a decade I have been a good paying customer that sent many other to Virgin but alas the love is gone.

Thanks, for nothing, Virgin!

P.S. maybe fire that guy on the top floor before more people start catching on to his/her/its schemes.
