Can't access Voicemail - Need temporary PIN

How do I get my temporary pin to access my voicemail?? I have voicemails I have been unable to check because I can't find this!!

Welcome to Community and great question.

You will find the temporary password on your Service Agreement

If you have already have a pin set up and you would like to reset it click here

Check it out and let us know if you found it.

But when I clicked the link to rest my PIN, it tells me that it'll delete all existing messages. This answer doesn't help someone who isn't new to Virgin (i.e., me).

Hey there @Richard, thanks for your post. 

In the instance that you no longer remember the PIN you created for your voicemail, the only alternative is to reset the feature via the How To Reset Your Voicemail PINoption.

This may result in all existing messages being deleted.
