Resolved! iMessage and FaceTime doesn’t work with my new eSIM

I have recently moved to Virgin Plus from another service provider. Now in the iMessage and FaceTime settings my number doesn’t appear. Only the email address. Can someone please help me to get this fixed? Really appreciate! Thanks in advance!

Resolved! iPhone 16 battery

About 14 days ago I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 16 and my battery goes down to 20% in just 8 hours of only using Spotify. Is there anything I could do? Like exchange the phone for a different one?

Resolved! unknown phone number forwarding to my cell

On the last bill, there is a number that keeps forwarding their cell phone number to my cell number, each time I am charged 1-minute usage.  I have blocked the number but I do not know if that is enough to prevent further charges.

Stop texting me

I like your service but I hate being texted whenever my bill comes due. I pay my bill every month within a few days of the first of each month. I hate being texted as if I'm not trustworthy. Text me again and I'm dropping your service.
