I cannot access the website to change my plan
I am on prepaid and anytime I want to update my plan to a more expensive one I may add
and also my card has expired and I cannot fix it because of this godawful website
every time I attempt to change anything I get oops! this page can't come to the phone right now 404 error message
I will be calling soon but rn I cannot as they are not open
I will be taking my business somewhere else soon as I need to use my phone for school purposes
You better fix your website soon virgin or you're losing a customer and I will personally tell everyone i know how godawful your service is
