Restore a suspended account

My account was suspended 4 days ago for late payment. I wanted to pay my bill now by credit card but when I access my account it says account is closed and the balance due amount is 0.00 and it says no bill to pay. How can I restore my service. I have been a client for 10 years

It sounds like your account is cancelled, not suspended. In both cases, a member isn't able to reactivate their account on their own. As the Community is also a peer-to-peer support system, our members here largely can't intervene in account specific matters.
