I keep getting this message: "HMMM. YOU DON’T HAVE ANY BILLS OR SERVICES LINKED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. We don’t have anything linked to your account. Just a heads-up, if your account stays inactive for 6 weeks we’ll delete it from our system." (I've deleted it several times and it comes back). I called Virgin Plus and the service agent seemed unsure about it and then said "Just ignore it." Did this agent know what she was talking about?

In order to provide you with assistance, the Community will need a few more details from you.
When you mentioned that you've "deleted it several times", are you referring to the message, or have you deleted the profile and recreated a new one? If you have not tried to delete the profile and recreate a new one, I would suggest giving that a try and let the Community know.

I have received the same message as well. In 6 weeks we will delete your account if no activity or bill linked.
I do have a bill linked....

Try erasing your online My Account profile, once it is done you can Sign Up for My Account again.
Try it out and keep us posted.☺
