I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G 64GB Black on March 25th, 2022. And it's now April 29th, 2022. I have not received any notification about potential delays to the shipping process. The website says orders can take up to 5 days for processing, but it's been over a month now.

just wondering if anyone else knew something im maybe missing.
i placed my order for the new pixel 9 pro xl a few days ago now and the order still says that they are waiting for shipment from supplier, however now when i go into the store on the website its says that they do have stock online and the price has significantly increased.
so im wondering if the reason they havent shipped it out yet is because the price has increased so much from when i had placed the order.

I'm a little concerned. I upgraded and ordered a new phone on Nov 25th. It was sent on the 27th and arrived in my city on the 30th. Since then Fed Ex tracking has said it's been out the last 3 business days on the delivery truck but I have received nothing yet. The "standard delivery" date was the 2nd but did not arrive, then the 3rd went by and now today (4th). Is this a normal thing for delivery to take so long? Last time I orderd a new phone online from Virgin, I received it in two days and with a phone call from the shipping company, prior to receiving it, telling me they were on their way. I have contacted Virgin twice and they didn't seem concerned with the delivery and said it was up to Fed Ex to get it to me. I have contacted Fed Ex online numerous times with no reply except "we are sorry, we are running behind" through an automated email. I am not sure how much of that to believe. My question is, if the phone never shows up, will Virgin send me a new phone or am I hooped with no new phone and no new plan? I've seen a lot of posts elsewhere online telling of FedEx drivers stealing packages and new phones in particular! This has me a little concerned.

I upgraded my phone November 1st, it’s now December 5 and I haven’t received received the phone or any information regarding the phone. Anytime I contact virgin I’m told “it’ll be shipped next week” (I’ve been told that for the last 3 weeks). Anyone else having this issue?? I added a phone line to my account on the same day and the phone showed up the next Tuesday! And it was the exact same phone

I ordered a phone on November 30th, 2024 online. I have not received any notice that it has been shipped. The website says they will be delivered in 2 to 5 business days. It has been 5 business days and it has not been processed yet.. I have called customer service twice to see when it will be shipped. They have not given me any answers. I asked if Virgin Plus was short on stock and they said no. I would like to know when I will receive my phone.

I also posted an order on November 30th for my wife and myself. I'm advised both phones are assigned and available. I keep being told it will ship this week, every week. We are well past the advertised shipping date and when I try to "Track My Order" all I get is an error message. From the call centre all I get is "we can cancel your order or you can wait." One call taker suggested I go to the store and they will wave the $70 fee. When I went to the store, they said they can't offer the same upgrade plan or phone price, so it would cost me $41 more per month. What a waste of a trip. My phone is broken, so all I can do is wait. Extremely frustrating being a customer of Virgin for 13 years. VERY disapointed!!!
Finally spoke with someone 2 days ago who said they usually use Canada Post and because of the strike they are looking for a new courier. The strike started on Nov 15th, thats 2 weeks earlier, so why can't they ship the phone. There are a lot of other couriers?
Very clear customer service has fallen significantly and I have to pay for cell service I can't get since my phone is broken and I wait for this upgrade...
When will you ship my confirmed order for my phone?

I placed my order for an iPhone 16 November 7th and I still haven’t received the phone. I’ve called Virgin so many times and even went in person (because that’s what they told me to do on the phone) but the in-person staff said that they can’t do anything for me because it was an online order. Apparently my phone is in my city at the FedEx facility but it’s been there for 3 weeks and even FedEx wouldn’t help when I called. My phone is dying and I desperately need a new one, but Virgin said that they won’t cancel my account until the new phone arrives at my house - if anyone has any advice please let me know! This who ordeal has been driving me crazy.

It won't get lost in the postal system cause it might not even get shipped😅 been 2.5 weeks and my 2 Upgrades haven't shipped yet, they had no trouble charging me the extra money the same day I upgraded though.

Hi VMobile,
I ordered an Iphone 16 pro as an upgrade, and it was shipped out on Dec 27 and the last tracking data was updated on Dec 28. Since then there has been no movement on the package and no estimated delivery date. I reached out to a VMobile rep on Wednesday, who said she would put an urgent request in but I have not heard back or was given a ticket number to see if there are any upodated. I am really concerned since my plan started on Jan 8th and I have already paid 50% of the phones value. I really dont want to be a in a loop of informing VMobile and then waiting 3-5 business days.

Hey there , just wondering why it's taking so long to receieve my new phone. It says it should only take 5 business days it has now been 10.
If I could reveieve an update that would be great. Otherwise why order online if it's gonna take this long.

I ordered an upgrade a month ago. It's still not here. The promise was 5 business days and the website us useless. Phoned and of course they said it would be there in a few days but it still isn't here .?

I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to you as well! Did you manage to end up getting your phone? I am in the exact same situation and I am unsure what to do. Ive called VM 3-times and each time they say a ticket has been made wait 3-5 business days and pass you off. The chat support essentially just reads the latest tracking update back to me as if I haven't already checked 100 times.

I'm trying desperately to contact Virgin support staff and it's ridiculous. This is seriously urgent, I attempted to make an order for a new phone and need to know when it will be delivered.
