Troubling in online bill payment

Hey, 
I’m trying to pay my bill online but it didn’t work. Now what can I do.? I’m in India right now and I’m trying for a long time but it didn’t submitted and today is my last date of payment. Now what can I do.?

We are always looking for ways to enhance the protection of our members data and systems. We restrict access to our members profiles and websites whenever an interaction with these sites is deemed as high risk or suspicious. Ex: A member accessing the website outside of their normal town, city or country.

I moved out of Canada last year. I have finally suspended my account. I paid my $69 dues. Now I have been sent an additional $2 payment but I cannot do it through the website. Could you please help me with this or send me a payment link through which I can clear my dues.
