Order Processing taking forever

I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G 64GB Black on March 25th, 2022. And it's now April 29th, 2022. I have not received any notification about potential delays to the shipping process. The website says orders can take up to 5 days for processing, but it's been over a month now.

I ordered a new phone online over a week ago, and have not heard anything about shipping since. I really need the new phone, and would love to receive more communication about the shipping process.

Paid for an upgrade on my phone on November 29. New plan and new phone. Got an email with an order number. How long does it take to get shipping confirmation? I dont understand why other companies can ship same day for products, but we cannot even just get a shipping confirmation with an estimated timeline?

I ordered a new iPhone on April 2nd and we are way far away from the 3 to 5 business days for the order to be shipped.

I have not received any updates whatsoever. Is April 9 today, and the message online claims they still have to receive the device from the manufacturer. 

Very frustrating given that I've already committed to selling my old device to a 3rd party, who's already waiting for me until I get the new phone. I don't mind the delay, I'm only bothered about the wrong delivery anticipation time from Virgin.

You're right their delivery time is inaccurate and it might depends in your location. I lived in Calgary and I got my phone after 8 days. The item was shipped from Ontario.

How long should it take to get your new cell? The order went in May 17th

Just wanted to share my recent experience with the online phone upgrade and take the suggestions to resolve the issue.

Here is my timeline:
June 3rd:
Ordered phone upgrade for 2 lines on the same account. Both phones were in stock and promised to be shipped in 2-4 business days. Both phones has a status: Your order will be on its way soon. You won't be able to make any changes to your service until you receive and activate your new device.
June 4th: 
One phone shipped, status changed to shipped, tracking number provided. Another phone - no changes.
June 5th:
Shipped phone arrived, activated, all happy. Another phone - no changes.
June 10th:
5 business days passed, no changes on the phone status. Scheduled support call. Confirmed my identity, have been told that they still processing the order, just wait for couple more days.
June 13th:
No changes on the upgrade status. Called support again. Have been redirected to Bell person, been told that there was a fraud note on that phone upgrade, the order has been on hold for processing. Bell person confirmed my identity, cleared the fraud note, opened a ticket to proceed with the order. Weird that the first phone didn't get any fraud notes and the first support person did not mention any notes on June 10th.
June 20th:
No changes on the upgrade status. Called support again. Confirmed my identity multiple times in multiple ways, been told that the back office was supposed to contact me about my issue, opened another ticket and suggested to wait another week. Nobody called me or sent me any emails. The email address is confirmed, and I know it's correct because I still receiving advertisings from Virgin.

So, on my June 20th call, I've been told the same as a week before that. I wonder how long do I wait before I cancel all my services with Virgin (2 lines on one account and 1 line on another account)?

Any suggestions to enforce the issue resolution would be appreciated.

So I just ordered an S24 online. Said available online when I ordered it, and still does. But when I try to track it, it says virgin is waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer….so like is it in stock or not? The phone I have now is about to stop working as it won’t charge…

Ordered an upgrade phone which showed as in stock earlier this week. When checking status it hasn't shipped and they indicate waiting on manufacturer.

Anyone have experience with this? How long are we looking at here?

I ordered an Iphone 16 Pro Max on 5th of October, and was told that it will take 3-5 business days. It has been more than a week and it still shows that order was received. I have to leave the country for my 3 months long cruise vacation in 4 days. I can't even get that order cancelled. I think it was the most misleading information that was provided to me before ordering from VirginPlus website.

I placed an order for an iPhone 16 Pro Max on November 4th and I got the confirmation email for it the same day and was told that it would ship in 2-3 days. 

Anyways, it's been about a week and I still haven't received an email with the tracking number (no indication of whether the order was fulfilled or not). I haven't received anything about delays either.

Just curious what the shipping times are right now and if anyone's experiencing the same issue.

I ordered an iPhone 16 256GB, online and confirmation email says ships in 2-5 days. On day 20 now and still no phone. Called Virgin customer support twice.  If you don’t have them in stock, don’t advertise online with data plans, cuz now Black Friday plans are being offered, which are better than the one I got. 

Why is my iPhone 14 orde taking forever to be shipped. Like, this is so annoying.

Please how do I cancel this order. 

What seems to be the shipping delays on the pixel 9 pro fold? Ordered online 2 weeks ago after going to 2 different stores and no one has it in stock.

Why is it available to purchase if virgin can't even ship it in the timeline outlined when you order. It's not even indicated as being backordered. 

Talking to customer service, they all keep saying it will ship in 2-5 business days from order. We are beyond that now.
