Hi everyone, I want to ask if a renewal of my monthly plan before the pre authorized date will provide me with a new data amount? Currently, I'm about 95% data usage on my billing cycle and I don't want to pay the 13 dollars per 100mb once I reach 100%. Thanks awaiting your assistance

I got the 75gb $40 plan. If i ever need to add on data it seems like there is no way to do it?

I'm unable to have data addons, probably due to changing my plan for next month, I then attempted to reverse it but still no luck.

Hi there - I will staying at a friend's condo next month while travelling and will need to stream 3 days for work from my phone to laptop, but there is no wifi. Searching the community here it looks like I can add-on extra data if needed. But when I go to my account and look at account add-ons, there is no option to add on data right now. Is this because my plan doesn't allow it? Or because currently no extra data is required because I am only in day 3 of my billing cycle? If the latter can I assume that if I use up the data, the option will become available once my 60GB are used up?
